Shoppers are invited to raise a toast to the Earth at Starbucks! Bring in your own reusable travel mug to Starbucks, and get a free brewed coffee or tea. Don’t have your own travel mug? You can save 20% off any new travel mug purchase, and Starbucks will fill it for you with a free delicious brewed coffee or tea.
From its development, Jersey Gardens has been a leader in sustainability. The mall was built by Glimcher Realty Trust in 1999 on the site of a former landfill. Additionally, the property employs a robust recycling program and recently completed a light retrofitting to replace fluorescent and exterior neon lighting in an effort to manage its environmental footprint. The mall will install a 4.8 MW rooftop solar array this summer. The project will be the largest rooftop solar array in North America upon its completion.
