Return Policy: RETURNS POLICY Every Cole Haan product is backed by our long tradition of quality and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund any unworn or defective merchandise within 90 days for a merchandise exchange or a refund based on the original method of payment. Please return footwear in the original shoebox and return all other items with the original tags and tickets attached. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable. Return/ exchange with original receipt New unused or unaltered merchandise purchased at a Cole Haan store may be exchanged or returned at any Cole Haan with an original receipt. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.* Return/ exchange without original receipt New unused or unaltered merchandise without an original Cole Haan receipt purchased from a Cole Haan store can be returned or exchanged for a store credit at the current selling price. Al valid form of identification is required to process the return. For example, state used identification card, driver’s license, passport, military are considered acceptable forms of identifications. Return/ exchange with gift receipt New unused or unaltered merchandise purchased at any Cole Haan store may be exchanged or returned at any Cole Haan store with a gift receipt. For returns Cole Haan will issue a merchandise credit. Price adjustments A one time price adjustment on previous purchases will be honored within 14 day of the original purchase date. *If the original payment is made by credit card, the original card must be presented in order to receive a credit to the account; otherwise a merchandise credit will be issued. If the original form of payment was made my cash, personal check, of travelers check, the store will issue cash refund up to a $100 only. Any refund amount that exceeds a $100 will be processed by Cole Hans corporate headquarters for the fill amount and a check will be mailed to you. Please allow approximately ten business days form the date of the refund for Cole Haan to process your refund and mail a check to you. Cole Haan reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that we determine do not meet our return/exchange requirements. |
